PROBLEM: The goal for this project was to construct a company that helps bridge the gap between the U.S. housing market and people with physical disabilities and developing a detailed business plan to ask for an initial investment.

SOLUTION: Develop a company that the services are centered around designing and creating building solutions for barrier-free living, this includes anything from schematic design to construction close out; conceptual to reality. Capability Home Builders is unlike any other home building/construction company, both locally and nationally. Their focus is on a specific community that has fallen through the cracks, where other building companies don't even acknowledge.
